ALL THINGS GROW WITH LOVE

Who does not love plants, I love them but however I was never the person with a green thumb (I thought at least) At the beginning when we moved in together I got a plant from IKEA and another from OBI, both have survived just for 2 months. After that I switched to artificial plants. In the past few years it has not bothered me but last year I got back the desire for real ones.

As luck would have it, I found a pop up store of Frida Verde in Jelmoli and got 2 plants one for the bedroom and the other for the living room.

Did you know that not all plants are suitable for the bedroom, the lady advised me very well and helped me to decide which plant would fit for the planned places. She explained me how to take care of the plants, how often and how much to water them and gave me a card with the details of the plants. They were also always available via Instagram for my questions.  The result,  the plants are still alive, already one year.

Home office is not the best for me, I was not happy with my corridor, something was missing so I was looking for a plant. A friend of mine had a very large, beautiful strelitzia and I also wanted one just a little smaller. That’s when Mary and Plants came to my attention. I found the strelitzia and another one for my bar. For the bedroom I wanted an additional plant so I wrote to them via instagram and promptly came the answer which would fit best. I ordered the whole thing online and went to pick it up. The service was just great, she also explained to me again what to look for and that there is an app. Which reminds me when to water and what to look out for, just what I need. So I put away all my artificial plants and put only the real ones.

As soon as spring is here I will take care of the plants/flowers for the terrace, I have roses in big pots that come back every year, Shayu has a small etagere with 5 plants/flowers that he is allowed to choose and is then also responsible for them. I still have 3 pots that are empty which I need to replant. I get my outdoor plants/flowers mostly in the following stores: Jumbo, OBI, Hornbach and Landi.
