I am back, the vacation was nice and relaxing, will write about it in a separate blogpost. My husband and I have our first week of work behind us, Shayan has 2 more weeks of vacation. One week he will be with my parents and the last week at a soccer camp. On 22 August is already school start I’m really nervous but he is looking forward to it.

In this blog I want to give you an review about my new purchase. Those who know me know how much I like agendas and notebooks. But I always find it cumbersome to carry a notebook around including a pencil case and a laptop to work, I was researched for a long time how to make it easier. I looked first at an IPad but was not convinced, just because it looked nice it doesn’t mean I should buy it, am I right? The reMarkable I have also taken a closer look, was a bit cheaper than the IPad with the accessories so I was actually ready to get the reMarkable. Then I discovered it at a work colleague and asked her how she finds it, she said it depends on what I want to use it for she really need it only as a notebook nothing more, she let me play around with hers but I was not convinced.

Last week I met a friend who used the IPad as a notebook, so I asked her about her opinion. She needs her IPad Pro to edit pictures, take notes, for traveling and watching movies, it’s a convenient size and fits in most handbags.

What bothered me about the IPad is the price its expensive, but didn’t  found a nice new paper notebook which I wanted (probably because I had already the IPad in my mind) so I went to buy the new IPad Pro with keyboard and Pencil.

Unpacked it at home started to set it up and plugged it in to charge. I don’t know what I did, I dropped the pen and the tip was broken. I immediately went to the MediaMarkt shop to get a replacement tip, my bad luck the tip was broken and a part was still stuck in it. But since the technician was already gone, I should come by the next day or try my luck at the Apple Store. Luckily Apple Store technician could take it out and I could put the new tip in.

Then I started setting up the IPad and downloading apps which I need. I wanted to use the tablet as a Planner too, so after searching around which app could be the best for me, I found Good Notes 5.  For me the best, on Etsy you will find various of planners to download and use it via Good Notes.

I have now made my personal weekly plan for next week, with a todo list, shopping list and a menu plan which is more convenient then a paper notebook.

Ps this blog I have also written with the IPad Pro on my way to my parents, it fits perfectly in my smaller handbag

I have to say its one of my best purchases of this year and I’m proud of it
